晨读优美英文诗：太平洋岸边感怀　　The shattered water made a misty din.
- J. l' a- {, O1 C9 d: d; t5 I　　Great waves looked over others coming in,
5 a  t; v) p8 F+ N　　And thought of doing something to the shore
　　That water never did to land before.
　　The clouds were low and hairy in the skies,
　　Like locks blown forward in the gleam of eyes.
& ]6 n% ]8 J* e. l8 A  Y. q6 l( p" b' p　　You could not tell, and yet it looked as if
+ [' ]8 w% C3 |# Q1 o　　The shore was lucky in being backed by cliff,
  }1 u8 `& H7 i- w4 X! q+ C　　The cliff in being backed by continent;
/ c, `7 t, p, L; B0 @+ o0 x　　It looked as if a night of dark intent
　　Was coming, and not only a night, an age.
　　Someone had better be prepared for rage.
　　There would be more than ocean-water broken
& F: b& Y) N' C# @  b- m4 `　　Before God's last Put out the Light was spoken.
. s  h- i7 J5 j; u: ^6 }5 h　　迷蒙咆啸，轩然大波，
7 d7 O  Y% T3 x8 R8 B. z/ u, f; y　　汹涌飞溅，高低错落。
　　处心积虑，野心勃勃，
　　欲将海岸，一口吞没。
　　乱云低垂，翻滚穿梭，
　　千堆发丝，眼前闪烁。
　　崖壁在前，奋力阻遏，
" U: u! _; a: @! z& P: h; w　　大陆在后，广为依托，
. S- J3 x7 p, P/ ]　　长岸有幸，免于灾祸。
- U: Q0 D9 V' C) V9 w　　阴沉海面，难以捉摸：
　　彻夜酝酿，长年思索，
　　只待暴发，生死予夺。
　　常备不懈，应有举措，
6 S4 ]' D- M. }- L* I! h( `2 ?　　直到上帝，熄灭灯火。
